If you pull all of the fuses, you still have the current drain? Almost everything is protected by a fuse. The starter, alternator and battery are the exceptions. Do you have any aftermarket items installed? Did you check fuses in the engine compartment?
A few years ago, my car was killing its battery. I began measuring the current draw, it was approx 100 milliamps. I removed all of the fuses and slowly added one by one until I found what circuit it was on. In my case, it was fuse #1. I then isolated it to a fault within the CCU. Each car's situation is apt to be different. My advice it to be methodical and once you have isolated it to a given circuit, then you need to refer to the electrical diagrams to isolate the problem.
