Removing the fog light won't help - best is to remove the front bumper. Takes 10 minutes, tops.

Why do you want to remove it? Or do you need to replace it?

Question following on from this. Car recently had a full respray and after I got the car home I filled the head lamp washer tank (via the filler neck, next to the petrol filler) and immediately both head lamp washers started dribbling water. This carried on for quite some time until the both stopped and the tank was empty. Water didn't leak from anywhere else, just out of the jets and a slow gravity style trickle. What do you think the problem is? Are there valves of some sort that haven't been refitted to both sides, or could the pump be at fault? This never happened to the respray.

There appears to be one valve in the system. See PET illusstraion 904-20 item 6. Have you tried the washer itself?
