Winter prep - what are people doing on their 964's

Every year I seem to do less and less. I used to put it up on stands with a full tank of gas but it made it a PITA to take out on nice days.
Now I park it dirty (I detail it 1st thing in the spring) and just hook it up to a battery conditioner. I try to start it up once a month and roll it around a bit if I don't drive it to keep from getting flat spots on the tires.
That's it. Oh, and of course I usually have some sort of project in mind for the winter. This year I might dig into replacing the leaky evaporator to get AC for next summer. Either that or replace the leather on the front seats...maybe both.

I realized that when I actually started reading the thread. You'll have to forgive me for misinterpreting 'winter prep' for 'winter projects' and getting all excited about it.
