I have my emblem saved in the cars file and had a exact replica made as a vinyl for mine. It's much easier to keep clean, no wax and dirt build up behind it and it doesn't get caught on the towel when I am cleaning the car. If I ever want/need to go back to "original" I still have the perfect OE Emblem. Here is mine:

My friends at Metropolitan Detail made it for me, I am sure they could make another.

Talk to John or Ben: www.metropolitandetail.com

Adding a photo is done under the "User CP" tab under avatar.

I grabbed everything last year but the molds... I am heading out there again next week and/or for thanksgiving!

Jason, now's your chance to start reproducing the 'America' emblem, there's money to be had.

Ebay - $2000 RS America script (at least the shipping is free)

I thought KeithV mentioned that somebody else was making them again? For $2K I would probably sell my originals...

I have an original. I actually took it off my car as it was not delivered with the emblem. The original owner took delivery in Germany then had the dealer add the emblem in the US.

Hilarious! If someone needs one I have several that I would sell for less than that.... Who would have known my $50 investment was worth $10k, what's the ROI on that....

Keith on rsamerica.net makes and sells the flat vinyl stickers, he was also looking at a laser cut one as well. He sent me a digital copy of the graphic file but somehow I deleted it. I was going to have it laser cut out of satin black plastic at the office. I think it would knock it off pretty darn close but I just put the RS on the back and called it a day....

Hilarious indeed. The same crackhead has a Roadster emblem for $2,500 http://www.ebay.com/itm/porsche-BADG...item3f421ed5c2
I'm sitting on a goldmine but I still can't afford his $19K Speedster seats http://www.ebay.com/itm/271456189875

You just know that one of the many dealers trading these special editions back and forth is going to come across one with an RSR rear spoiler that needs an emblem when they put on the original style wing or a ??? to make it perfect. And the next thing you know, this guy has converted his $38USD emblem into $2500.

I just noticed in the http://www.ebay.com/itm/271692268482?_trksid=p2055119.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&autorefresh=true that the RS emblem is not even from the RS America. He's selling the regular RS emblem that is still available from PCNA.
