Can someone tell me what the boxes under the drivers seat are please? The is one about the size of a cigarette packet, another three times that size, and a relay. What do they do?

I took out the seat last night and removed the Blaupunkt factory amp so I could fit a proper one. Squeezing a small Alpine PDX into the space requires me to move the other boxes and relay over towards the centre console a little so it fits. There is enough wire to let me do it without extending them - just wondering what they are.

Reversing it past another car back into where it lives with no seat fitted was interesting. Life for Tom Cruise probably isn't as easy as it looks.

there are a few that could be under the right hand seat depending on the car.

Rear spoiler control (cigarette pack sized one)
Cruise control
Tiptronic brain

Where are you located? The DME is under the left-side seat and the stereo amp is under the right side on US cars.
