Yellow H4 Lenses...I've heard mixed reviews on the light quality. So far with standard bulbs, they are fine. Once I install the relay and go to the higher wattage, they should be great...

I looked it up in CT - looks like it's all fine according to the law here...
Sec. 14-137-101 of the connecticut motor vehicles law...
Allowable colors:
(a) Any light visible from the front of the vehicle shall be white, yellow or amber.

Looking good!
BTW: white or yellow is approved in North Carolina.

what about NY, PA, MA, RI?
those are likely the only states the car will see...
And - I keep a copy of the CT regs page in with the registration just in case the cop wants to read it...lol...

PA:
Pennsylvania Inspection Regulations Title 67, Chapter 175.80 states that a car cannot receive a valid inspection if "the [headlight] lamp shows a color contrary to the lighting chart." In Pennsylvania, the only color the headlight is allowed to show is white, and any light emitted through colored headlight covers would cause the vehicle to fail inspection. Furthermore, police officers may pull over your car and issue a citation for any violations of the headlamp provisions of Title 67.

^^^^^^
Looks like you'll have to take the long way when you come down to N.C. to visit.
On that note, I better check VA regulations regarding "tinted" tail lights.

They are awesome.
Only drawback is that white and yellow lines look the same and I can't drive to NYC with them. Outside of that, for the light quality, drivability , bad weather, they are awesome. Most of the upgrade is simply they are H4 lenses. Much better.
