For the past year my oil pressure gauge has been showing a different range of oil pressure than what I was used to see. At operating temp it would show 21/4 Bar at idle, and 41/2 Bar at speed, never below or above. So for peace of mind I installed a new pressure sender this weekend past; pretty easy job, I took air filter housing and right side intake manifold out, covered all openings, cleaned the area around the sender/temp unit and removed it, then replaced the sender and the o-ring and reinstalled.
Now the pressure is at 11/2 Bar at idle and 5 Bar at speed.
