What weight Mobile 1, a lot of the standard Mobile 1s are too low in ZDDP now days.
20/50 for the last 10,000 miles, from the scattered records that I have it looks like 15/40 castrol through the late 90's early 00's and the PO used std oil for a BMW M5 which I believe was a castrol TWS 10/60
samajam, I had damage to a few of my rockers (not the cams) from a plugged hole in the spray bar. When I put a thin pick in there, I heard and felt a crunch where the oil had turned hard and crusty. Quite a few miles later, my new rockers are just fine.

yes you got it eh! Mine looked fine but like I said, it had a 'crunch' when I put a pick in there. All the other ones were fine, just that one was plugged.
