If it was a white car, it would've outrun the flames without much effort.

It looks like the multiple head lights are WHITE - but in further evaluation there had to be a "Ein großes electical kurzes" casue by the additional headlights which caused the alternator to blow resulting in what you see. Where is the engine extinguisher when you need one.

It's not flambe, because flambe requires alcohol for the flame.
