Have you done a PPI on the car? You might want to get that done and get the rust checked out first.

Yeah get the car checked out via a PPI.

Where is the car going. If it is going to a nice dry low humidity climate you might not need to address the rust spots right away.

It's mostly from people who do NOT know how to put a bloody windshield in correct.

How bad is it bubbling up, and there could be other places, like behind the shark fins.

Do the PPI..I didnt and had to replace 7 head studs. was down for a year and decided on a complete rebuild. Im still under the book but low estimates of my cost are around 6k for rebuild and complete clutch package with new flywheel. 90 mins is worth saving that kind of money.
