Default H4 group buy?

After checking on the service covers with a few sources I started asking about H4 pricing and also spoiler walls I want to gauge if there is any interest but what I found out was bosch H4 sets will be approx $340 shipped if we can organize at least 5 sets any interest? these would be chrome finish so you would still need to get the primered covers if you want . let me know if you want me to organize this?

I think a lot of folks just did the HID group buy and that may be why no one is responding.

ok just not enough interest FYI these are Bosch with Chrome rings which you can use either the factory covers or paint the chrome or you can get the black rings which I dont know what material those are as I have never seen them in person only chrome. I will not be organizing this as there was no interest I just ordered my set from gprparts as they are on sale for approx $360 shipped you can contact them Direct thanks

+1...gprparts website seems poorly constructed. I couldn't find the H4 kit. I looked over at Pelican and the Bosch chrome headlamp kit is priced at $263.75 per unit and that doesn't include a new seal, new bulb or wiring adapter.

So Pelican would be $527.50 for both front headlamps plus more for seals and bulbs and possibly wiring harness adapters as well. Not sure if wiring adapter is needed as Pelican listing is pretty confusing to read.

Ben, what are you getting for $360 dollars from gprparts?

sorry You just need to call and talk with jonathan over there. for $360 you just get qty2 H4 chrome or primered black ring Euro h4 (bosch) no bulbs or adapters but still a smoking good deal. Bilbs are cheap adapters I did not order yet but will shortly

I like having the truck especially with the 4.0 liter 6-speed manual but that means it has a five-foot bed which should have been the deal breaker but I needed a new truck at the time and it was the best I could find around here. The six-foot bed trucks are all automatic transmissions.

$360 sounds like a screaming deal for two Bosch H4s...not sure why Pelican is charging so much more. Let us know if you run into any problems with your new H4s. So you didn't have to order the H5-to-H4 wiring adapter?

I really dont expect any surprises GPR is a good supply house and have dealt with them for years though mostly them buying from me but even still a good porsche enthusiest owner operator and works on lower margins I believe then almost anyone.

As to the wiring adapter Yeah I believe I need to order them but not sure if that part is something that I can source locally? meaning not porsche specific
