The guy doing the test spun the back wheels for a few seconds while I wasn't paying attention, then ran the rest of the test without spinning the wheel.
That cant be good for it.

Another (local to Philly) friend had a similar problem and it turned out to be two loose spark plug wires (at the plug)
It couldn't hurt to make sure all 14 wires are snug at both ends.
Also easy to test, is to idle the car in the dark, mist the engine with water and look for arcing.
