Default electrics under US passenger seat

am checking for battery drain issue. battery is totally flat, but there is a tick tock sound under the passenger seat. i removed the power seat fuse, and its still ticking. i thought it was the power seat motor. What else could it be there?

Could be the clock, the CCU, some other source.

I don't think there should be anything ticking under the pass seat.... oohhh wait BOOM! lol

No the CCU is in the dashboard. the DME is there some other box... motors... for the seats? Do you have a seat switch going out. There is a situation that a switch goes bad in one direction and not the other and when the seat motor gets to the end of travel it can cause the seat to keep trying to go.

early 964 has spoiler module and relay, cruise control module under passenger seat

Later models (91 and up) have door lock/alarm module as well

Spoiler module was moved to under the dash at passenger's feet before 1991.

DME is under driver's seat.

I have an early 90 build and the spoiler control module with relay resides under passenger seat, door lock module is under dash at passengers left foot, I believe the change was made in August 1990

You must be right as I have a Feb 1991 build and my spoiler module is by the passenger's feet under the dash.

I have to admit I don't know as I've never looked for it but it is certainly not under the passenger seat as I just re-wired my TraqMate under there last night and removed the cruise control module (but left the alarm unit).

Spoiler Control Module for early cars is 964 618 212 00
