Default RS rear centre section & front ducts

Hi all,

For those that had completed these tasty little mods to the rear PU and front lights can you offer any advice regarding fitment and sourcing the parts in the UK.

I believe the official rear section is £££'s and that there are alternative cheaper options available i.e. fibreglass ?

Grateful for any feedback/pics. I think these make a huge difference to the aesthetics of the 964.

Thanks.

Hi Tim
I am just in the middle of these mods on my 1992 C4 Cab
I have a fibre glass bumper section which I bought on Ebay. I did see an original advertised at a breakers but the price knocked me back.
I paid around £80 for my bumper section.
I do have 2 sets of RS ducts one of which are currently on Ebay.

I have just been to see a painter today so that I can get them on before before the end of April.
I have had quotes from £200 to £400 to paint these.

I agree I think they make the car look much better. I have also just added clear lenses to the front and also have a new near side rear bumper piece with an exhaust cut out in it so that I can add a dual exhaust.

I will add pics when all is completed

regards lee

Talk to Byfleet the did me a great deal on the centre bit

you will have to cut the 3 x black bits off the rear alu bumper to get it to fit

Also the Genuine one come with support to keep it in shape dont forget you will need the number pate lights as well

if ya gonna do it ,do it properly

I have rs front ducts. Fibre glass off eBay and are a good fit.
Rear bumper I went for the smaller US version.
Can't comment on fibre glass rs rear section but I would imagine it wouldn't be spot on??

Ive had a pro-9 rs centre on the back of my car for a couple of years.
Unless you really look close, you cant tell its a copy.
Youve gotta put effort into fitting it to get it right.

But iam not the concours type.
