A fellow Rennlister Ben made a point to me lastnight about other non Rennlist members attending.

This is a nice day out for anyone from friends, mothers, fathers, even kids too! Its a fun day out in Liverpool remember with good banter over a sit down or just a drive and meetup.

Thanks for the PMs, just post here who is attending so we know roughly what sort of numbers plus people who aren't even Rennlister on here. Thank Q

Norm

Can I stress the people coming to the meeting next week are not pressured into having food!! A meetup and a drive is whats most important, so please feel free to come along.

Today I had the pleasure of driving round with Gaz planning the route for next Sunday. It should be great with picturesque locations we are stopping for the odd photo & meetup.

Thanks Norm

Default lost on the wirral

Yes,

we went for a dry run today to see if my route is okay.

I would like us all to meet at opc chester say 10.30ish to 11am then follow me through ellesmere port to willaston then some nice sweeping roads through to clatterbridge then a left towards heswall then thornton hough,,,, stop outside the hall, photo time if you want MR LEVERS OLD HOUSE,, have a 10minute stop just around the corner for a chat and there is a loo just across the road,, then when everyone is happy turn right go to the top road turn right again and were on our way through to heswall, sorry but this road will be busy but beware plod can be around. Then were on the west kirby road until we turn left into caldy a place were the rich live (beverly hills for the 0151's) then through to west kirby front so you can see the sea and the bloody mountains John drives us up! then off to hoylake yes another loo stop should be between the 1hr 15ish then a revearse run with a twist going through greasby then back to clatterbridge then through to port sunlight MR LEVERS TOWN then a stop for more pictures plenty of nudes in bronze outside the gallery I haven't spotted a female as art ain't my thing but it's a nice building and village.
Then off to the tunnel via a dual carriageway please remember the £1.50 IN SILVER FOR THE TUNNEL then under the sea to Norm's .

I will give you a photo copy on the day of the route but it's dead easy I'll be in the pink car and i'll be driving to the speed limit and I'm just chugging around,, please take it easy with me as I haven't done anything like this before, but I do know my hood like the back of my hand,,lets hope the sun is out.

The areas were stopping at have plenty of room and I'll do the run the Saturday just to make sure they haven't dug anywhere up.

Gaz,, tour guide

Hope your having some sea weed and crispy noodles,,, I checked the nudes out on the web sorry made of stone,, art is art but some ropey things I don't get just like that bird in the crunchie wrapper you have.
I'll stick to me black and white photo's of buildings as I am ignorant to klimt's and the like.

GAZ ,HEY THERE'S A FELLA IN THE CRUNCHIE WRAPPER NEVER REALLY NOTICED THAT BEFORE, KLIMT'S SOMETHING DIFFERENT EVERY TIME YEAH LOOK.

Just come Boy and we'll be pleased to have you,,

I do like the kettle, just ribbing yeah I know it gets you annoyed it's a awesome tool for the job and sounds awesome too, Norm will want one I know this as its so bloody quick.
I think I would be in jail with your car as the 135mph over the flyover that day felt like 90 in my old girl,so yes I would be dead or in jail.

Come on show us the beast!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But you need a 964 again to keep me focused on the hobby as the caravaning is taking over and the porsche days out have dwindled.

Come on you started this porsche hobby for me in 1989,lets have you there no humming and harring.

I'm going water myself later this year, yes a cayenne looks a bit 996ish to me with a body lift.

Gaz,, sorry no aircooled will be sold..

Looking at planning my weejend...so...what's the timetable for Sunday?

Did I read that we're meeting at Porsche Centre Chester at 10.30?

What's next, and what time are we gathering at Norm's?

Would have love to come to this as sounds great (even living down south)but down in Dorset at the w,end so gonna miss it...so take plenty pics & show me what I missed.

If there's a next one I will book a hotel and turn it in to a proper w, end so I can sleep it off..
