Sorry for breaking in, But maybe some of you know what is causin the problem, When the car and engine is cold smooth shifting. When everyting is on temperture is going hard to shift it feels sticky. It's in the gearbox. Had new clutch and fresh oil. But stil after an 40 min drive it feels sticky.

Hope some one had this before.

Is it sticky going out of gear, compared to going into gear? My rusty input shaft issue gave those symptoms, and it got worse the longer you drove.

It's sticky going in and out and even when in nutral and moving the stick to the left or right side.

I'm thinking your problem might be the ballcup as mentioned on the first page, or it could be the shift tube bushes have collapsed.
