Also, for those that have not installed it but have them. Can you share a photo of what it is included??

Do I reuse my new lens and housing and only replace the headlight projector??

Looks like $690 for the 911 kit.

So I was putting my old H5s away into storage today and starting thinking about the HIDs.
I believe I remember reading in the HID instructions provided by the kit, NOT to turn them on and off in quick succession as this puts unnecessary strain on the ballast, and will shorten their lifetime. So while "Flash-to-Pass" will technically work, it probably isn't a good idea. I rarely flash to "pass", but do see a fair share of other P-cars who flash-to-say-hello. Well except for the Cayennes, who's owners just stare at me when I flash. Just something for the kit owners to think about.

Installed, need to be adjusted. How do I fix the issue that when I turn them on I get an ABS and PDAS fault light?

I have the same problem. It helps if I turn on the marker lights skip two beats then ignite the HID's or let the lights warm and then shut off the car and restart. Not a great long term solution for sure. It seems to be start-up draw related. My battery failed at the end of last year and have not been able to retry with the fresh battery so I am waiting to reinstall and check before trying to find the fault.

I can confirm what samajam stated. I noticed this a few times on mine and have chalked it up to electrical draw on initial fire. I notice it does not happen if I am cruising with some RPM's up. i.e driving and it gets dark. Most likely as the alternator/battery are really at their max then

Maybe I can add a capacitor. I'll play around with that and a spare battery. I did notice that the one time it hasn't done it I had the stereo turned off.

It's probably not good for the lights but if I turn them on before I start the car the abs doesn't become disabled.
