Default Anyone have Black Recaro seats in a cashmere/black interior?

I'm not enamored of the factory seats. I'd like a to replace them with some black pole positions, but my interior is cashmere.

If you've replaced your cashmere seats with black Recaros please post photos and let us know how you like the color contrast.

Bump.

If no pictures are available with pole positions, maybe a picture with black OE seats with a cashmere interior?

Thanks...

Maybe these pictures will help? I have black Cobra Misanos in my black and cashmere interior. I also have a black gear shift and parking brake.

And here is a link to a few more pictures:

I had some slightly sun-discolored Sparco Milano's in my cashmere interior - the color combo wasn't stark or overly weird, though I was planning on recovering in cashmere leather. I think the two-tone can work w/the right mats and perhaps changing the center console and lower door bins to black.

Have fun!

I picked up a pair of OE sport seats. I also purchased a set of black floor mats.

993james, not recaro pole position but black on cashmere.

I have two tone Black and Tan seats with the matching interior. I'm thinking of going all black when I move to race seats and add tan seatbelts.

I liked them a lot - but I decided to change directions and am looking for some manual sport seats to recover in cashmere. I liked the comfort but they do require removal of the inboard reclining **** to fit against the tunnel.

With any of these aftermarket seats, I highly recommend the Wedge Engineering mounts - they're awesome.

I found a set in tan alacantra new for a great price. The embroidered insignia is very slightly different from one seat to the other but i dont think it will be noticeable. Im about to pull my passenger seat out and sit the milano in it to see how close the tan is to the cashmere. Ive been lusting after a set of misanos but i just cant get myself to spend the 4k on a new set. Which sliders/mounts did you use?

RATS on the color!

I used Sparco sliders and then the Wedge Engineering mounts for the 911 (74-98) found here

I have that very set-up; black PP in cashmere interior. I will post some photos this week-end. The car does mostly track duty, so I am not too concerned about looks, but I do think it is a good combination.

I just tried to install the seats. The shop sold me OMP bases, they claim they are the exact same as the Wedge mounts, in fact are made by Wedge. The seat belt tab is hitting the base of the recline mechanism. I did remove the ****. I cant see how these can work, the tab is too tall.
