Default Parking in LA area for several months needed

Let me introduce first myself, my name is Martin and I work/collect early 911s for quite a while (1966, 1970 911S, 1972 T, 1973T). As a daily driver I wanted to have more up to date technology/comfort so I bought nice Amazon green 1992 coupe (now I see I have no idea how to attach pic

My issue is that I live in EU and would like to use the car in US first. My idea is to take it for 1-2 months spin traveling around country visiting Porsche and other interesting places. This should happen in April, until then I need to keep the car there in south CA. I am looking for secure Porsche friendly parking place, which will not suck my wallet. I can drive the car in there myself next week, so no big assistance with shipping necessary.

Is there anyone who is willing to help or point me to the right direction?

Thanks a ton,
Martin

Welcome.

I can't help you with parking but, for uploading pictures, see here.

Martin,

Not sure if you have a specific area in the LA area (which is large) in mind but you might try contacting 911 Design. They provide monthly auto storage in their shop. They are about 1 hr from LAX but only 15 min from ONT airport.

Another option is to contact TRE Motorsports as they may have some ideas for you.

No affiliation with either company.

Default Is this your car?

Martin,

Did you buy this beautiful amazon green C2 that was offered on Pelican?

If you did, very well done! That dealer left a lot of cash on the table

Give Curt Autenrieth a call @ http://www.privatecarstorage.com/

Hardcore Porsche guy and his storage facility is located in Pasadena (north end of LA), which means you can drive the Angeles Crest Hwy before you park it

I parked my car one winter at Curt's place. Great guy. Give him a call (ctc in Type911's post above). Otherwise call Dave @ TRE (contact above) as he also had storage last time I checked. and Dave is a good guy.
