12 years on mine with only maintenance and the distributer belt as basic costs of ownership. Of course there is the suspension mods and engine / exhaust mods, but they are for fun!

I am finally laying down some serious money for a re-seal and 3.8 build, but considering the time it has given worry free, I am more than happy to do it.

It has been the most reliable car I have ever owned.

What other 20 year old car can you drive from NY to Mid Ohio. VIR and WGI, track it two day events and idle it back into your garage.Yes I've done all the general maintenance and one topend rebuild but am one happy camper.

And don't forget, most of all, that by driving a 20+ year old car, you're being very green as there's no need to build a new car for you and pollute the environment.

All this crap about the Prius being green doesn't take into account its manufacture and battery disposal.

964s rock.

And what will a prius look like in 20 years? Probably not like this.
