Default H5 bulb question

I was looking in my spare parts bin and found two new headlight bulbs. Bought from sierra madre via ebay I think...

They are Hella bulbs, and I dont have them in front of me - but they are 100 watt high beams not sure of the low. - I thnk 85

the ones in my car I think are sylvania 45/65 watt? I understand that in converting to H4 headlamps, to run the 100 watt bulbs you need a relay. Is the same true for H5 headlights?

if that is the case, can someone poitn out an idiot-proof thread for very idiot proof instructions on adding the relay?

Yes, you should add relays when running higher wattage bulbs.
