It is actually in need or a top end rebuild, but that's much further down the line for me. It has some oil leaks, but nothing major.
Here are some pictures. They are from his ad. I'll get some other ones soon.

Congrats! Looks like a great car. Can you tell us more about the car and how you plan on using it? Street, auto-x, DE, racing, concours, all of the above? Besides some of the repairs you mentioned, will you be keeping as is or do you have any mods planned?

As far as upgrades it already has:
Bilstein / H&R suspension
993 Aero mirrors
17" cup wheels
I don't really have any planned mods as of right now. I'll be looking through some of the posts and find the "top 5 upgrades" type thread. I'll be posting updates and pictures.
As far as little things I can think of: keyless entry, good nav system in the car. If only they had this available now.

On that note, I've searched around for a single din navi system and can't really find a good one other than the JVC one, but I'm wary about the blue glow.

Keeping it looking really clean and stock or genuine Porsche would be my preference, too. Seats, steering wheel, etc.
It would pretty much be a street car with maybe an occasional day at the track. I have more to learn about driving and the car itself before I take it more seriously.

I call Seattle home and still have some family and such there and there pretty often, but I live in just south of Tacoma now and work down there, too.
