I've been making my way through this thread on the Early 911S Registry:
90s R Gruppe 911
It's amazing how much love there is amongst those early car owners for the 964 911; that thread is amazing, and bodes well for the future demand of these great cars.
Having owned a '76 911 for some years now, and prior to purchasing my current C2, I did vacillate between looking at both longhoods and later cars. It's great how the air-cooled 911s through the years evolved progressively, but with each generation having its own intrinsic appeal.
