Default Engine tin and capsul question

I am in the beginning of an engine rebuild, and while the engine is at the shop, I'm trying to clean up and powder coat the engine tins.

I need two parts. 964.106.283.08 which is the front left piece, and 964.106.014.02 which is the back piece. Both are rusted through. So if anyone has one that I can sand blast and powder coat, let me know...

The real question here is the engine capsul parts. They are fine, but the foam heat shielding material is not. Is there a material suggested to replace this foam? I imagine that in the past 20 years, some new material that is better should be used. Any suggestions? And advice on install would help as well.

If you are talking about the foam on the inside of the plastic I simply removed that all together (since it was just falling apart). I suppose there is a better material now but I really wasn't sure how much of an impact that would make. Good luck...the tin looks so much better with some powder coat.
