Looks like a very pretty, but useless secondary exhaust. Now, a titanium G-pipe would be lovely.

It's an OEM style secondary muffler, made out of titanium. I wonder who the manufacturer is, and whether they also produce a primary muffler version. It seems like a ridiculous amount of effort when they could have simply produced a titanium bypass...
