Will "euro rs" engine mounts fit on '90 c4?
Part #964-375-043-81

In the description at GermanAutoParts.com it says
"Fits:Carrera 2 '92 (Euro "RS") "

Yet Pelican's description says "for use on standard 964 and 993 models"

Does "standard 964" imply not the c4?

About ready to place an order and just want to be sure.
Will also be installing Rennline's reinforced engine carrier.

Thanks

Just be aware that the RS or Wevo mounts can put more stress on the engine carrier. Hence, it is best to strengthen the carrier first. Many of us have had the Rennline gusset plate welded on to our carriers.

What are the upsides/downsides to going with RS or Wevo mounts? I've heard more noise inside? but what about the rest - Ie, for mostly street use, is it worth it? What is the cost difference? Stock mounts are expensive and they seem to fail too easily over time.

If you have worn mounts, it's very much worth the effort to install new MMs to reduce the amount the engine is flopping around.

Here's a thread I started describing my experiences after installing Wevo mounts.

Wevo m.m. installed - impressions
