My sunroof is stuck in the shut position. I wanted to manually wind it back, so I followed the notes in the handbook. After unzipping the headlining and removing the panel I expected to see a plastic cap to remove. There was a cap, but it looks more like a big metal screw head to me. I tried to turn it with a flat blade screwdriver (the one from the toolkit) but it wasn't moving.

With this in place I can't use the porsche tool to wind the sunroof back.

Where am I going wrong?
