If you don't get any PPI leads, perhaps you can talk to the president of the local PCA region. I've been with a friend when we were driving across country when his car began having problems in New Mexico. We contacted the PCA region president who hooked us up with a good local mechanic. Maybe this technique will work for you too.

Interesting, right in my own backyard. I have some experiences with PPI in the area. PM me if you want some opinions. Shops in the area are Euromotorworks and Farmer Automotive and Autobahn. If you need an unoffical PPI - aka, Sanity Check, from an experienced 964 guy, I would be happy to take a look for you.

I heard this car was pretty rough?
As far as mechanics go, i would think for Porsche inspections & repairs, Bob would be the first choice.
He only works on Porsche's. Mainly air cooled 911's.
The other guys on the list work on every EURO car. Just my 2 cents.
