So this may be a dumb question but where did you get the outward clinch stapler? The usual suspects like home depot or lowes don't seem to carry them, at least not in my area. Thanks!

Yes - I did purchased he outward clinch stapler online from the manufacturer.
Yes - Diamond Mall on eBay. He was great. I sent him a sample which I secured from the inside seam of the center pad of the seat. I made sure to match it to the rest which has faded a bit. Yes, real leather.
