Burning Brakes
First off listen to Laker, he knows what he is talking about, disconnect power, wait at least twenty minutes, then remove air bag (there are two star/allen drive screws that hold it to the wheel. Then take a socket and remove the wheel, you will see a "button" on the back of the wheel hub that is spring loaded, that is your horn contact, it makes contact with the metal ring you will see on the airbag clock spring, clean that with alcohol or a pencil eraser, also clean the contact
It probably is NOT the horn buttons as you say either the horn works or it doesnt,
Probably best to buy some GC Electronic cleaner and clean the plugs that go to the column switches, etc
DONT FORGET TO HOOK UP THE AIRBAG when reassembling ...if you dont hook it up and power on you will get the light and need the hammer or scan tool to turn it off
