6 years ago I sold my 964 to buy a 996 but always regretted my 964
2 weeks ago a found a very nice 964 tiptronic full option (open roof, 17" cup1's, sport suspension, soft leather)
Here are the pics

Very nice, she's a beaut....you came full circle. For the benefit of others considering looking to leave aircooled, what prompted you to move to 996 and what made you come back to the 964?

Looks great! Clear corners and side marker lights look very slick. Bummer how the rotors always look rusty right after you wash these cars. Congrats on your 964, enjoy and welcome back.

I came back to the 964 because of the sound of aircooled, the steering feel and of course the looks
For me the 964 is the most beautifull Porsche produced ...

now the new one looks nice but the old one looks a peach of a car , Sweet with a capital S , i got the same colour & that pic is prompting me to go with the clear front lenses , had mine blown over in body colour but that pic of your previous looks fresh

Beautiful car(s) and welcome back! Car looks to be in excellent condition. Daily driver? Some days with my commute I wish I had a Tip and I've always wondered how they drive when you really stomp on it.

Ditto...what are your thoughts on the Tip. It's not like the manual in the 964 is the most positive/precise manual shifter ever made...

I drive a lot in the center of Brussels with very dense traffic, I like the tiptronic a lot. Moreover where on public roads can you trash a Porsche without endangering others ?
Guess on the track I would prefer a manual but I dont have the time for that
