Let me rephrase; the former owner has driven on top of something, causing the middle of the lower bumper to come up a bit. Have to change (bend) the shape of the bumper down to its original form and replace the black plastic webbing. Can i use a heater gun and heat up the plastic and then bend it or is the paint going to have a bad day when doing so?
