90 C2 Coupe For Sale in Seattle
I hate to do this but have to sell my gray on black 1990 C2 Coupe 5speed. She's a driver, 143k miles, looks good and runs well but is by no means a show car. I bought her about 2 years ago needing work, put in a new clutch, adjusted the valves and replaced all the engine electronics. She's been a fast and fun weekend driver and I've done 3 track events.
The suspension is H&R green springs with Bilstein shocks installed by the previous owner. The windows are tinted and it has an Alpine CD head unit. Rear calipers were upgraded to 4 piston units from a C4 with the appropriate proportioning valve. Everything else is original. The heads were off for new valves by the previous owner but it has the typical 964 oil leaks. It loses only 1/2 qt over the course of the 3k mile oil change interval so it's really not bad. The synchros crunch a bit when cold but when warmed up everything works great. I have the orignal 16" wheels and a nice set of 17" Boxster wheels with Toyos that go with the car. I also have a set of Fikse Mach V 17s with BFG R1 track rubber available for extra or separately.
I'd like to get $16,500 for the car but am open to offers. I know I'll probably need to wait for nicer weather in Seattle. But I wanted to let y'all know first that the car is for sale.
Thanks,
Rich
