Default Carbon Lorraine Pads

Just wondered if anyone had tried them? They get rave reviews, especially on the UK Lotus forums where they are rated above the Pagids. The RC5+ compound is meant to be a very good road and track pad and they are cheaper than the equivalent Pagid. Anyone on have any experience with them?

I'm also hearing good things about the latest EBC Blue NDX pads, but am nervous about giving them a go having used EBC Greenstuff before which were diabolical.

My personal preference is to stay away from EBC, and it looks like you have had a poor experience as well, so to me that is an automatic rule out of the EBC's in my opinion.

I too am interested in the CL pads as I have read some good stuff about them, but I still have some Carbotech pads to go through before I give them a go. They are next on my check list for sure.

turbo911cm - good to hear someone else is considering them, any thoughts on rc5+ vs rc6 compounds for street and track? Also, what do you think of the Carbotechs?
