Replacing Sunroof Seal
Anyone have instructions explaining how to replace sunroof seal? Currently, I have the rubber strips stretched and exposed over the sunroof. TIA.

Front one is easy. Just pull the old one off, but mark the location of the ends with a pencil mark on the roof first (assuming it's original or properly replaced). Also note the shape of the ends so you can trim the new one to match. Clean the surface and install with a good black w s adhesive. Very important to keep the top edge no higher than roof and use enough adhesive for good contact. Try to keep the adhesive on the bottom, flat part of the seal which makes clean up easier, and allows the bulb edge of the seal to remain unattached to allow it to flex. Set the new seal starting in the middle and working toward one end then the other, applying adhesive as you go. Trim the ends as the last step to get them to match original.
The back half is more difficult, but similar. It can be done with the sunroof in the car, slightly open. If you want to remove it, you should read the workshop manual.
