If only we knew somebody who has lots of experience with Porsche clocks? Somebody with clocks to spare, to use a test pieces? Somebody that could make this work???

Those dials on the Singer sure as Hell look like they work. Totally different from the non-working face.

If Apache is happy, we should be happy for him!
it's his car, his choice.

You will only make this work, if you relocate all your warning lights and can find a suitable chronograph that will fit into the original body.

Whilst in theory for our cars it should be Tag Heuer to be period correct. I too went for Heuer - love their old watches.

I'm not so keen on the TAG-HEUER nonsense. I can care less what brand is mentioned on my clock. Okay, I don't have a clock, I went for the turbo gauge instead but still. The non working sub dials...come on...

Hi guys.

I talked to the guys who made the Singer Clock.
I am honestly sorry to say but the subdials dont work.
Check it if you want to. Got their phone number. PM me. I dont want to post it here without them agreeing with that.

Another thing....

Because making the perfect dial took quite some effort and a lot of trial and error….
and I can only fit 1 clock to my car…
Chris from Littlecustomthings decided to sell the designs that didn’t make it.
He has at least 1 of each. They are all made of metal. To my opinion… all designs are individually little pieces of art.
He told me he would still fit the 3 small hands to the ones with subdials.
Feel free to contact him directly at Littlecustomthings@gmail.com.
I am just passing on the message.

A.

at least the fake dials should be set to zero (the twelve oclock position)

Default Period Correct Tag Heuer Clock

I just had to stay period correct....after all, it's not a back date.
