Default FS: ALGA 964 Steering Wheel and Boot

Transform your interior!!

Just got this wheel and boot back from ALGA today, after a 3 month wait. Well, I sold my car a month ago, so I have no need for it.

The wheel was custom done. I requested additional padding as well as black deviated stitching. It came out great (to say the least).

This job cost me $450:

Restoration: $275
Optional Padding: $100
Matching Boot: $60
Shipping: $15 (one way, I paid another $15 to ship there)

Basically, the wheel and airbag is free, looking to re-coupe my cost. Therefore:

$450 Shipped in 48 States
Will include receipt from ALGA.

Thanks.

PayPal Accepted!

Can you request a refund from AGLA?

I wouldn't be so harsh, but it is lumpy, bumpy, covered in creases, and the bottom stitching line seems askew.
A pro should *never* let such a wheel get out of his premises.
here is what a recover should look like:

AGLA...I had a terrible experience with them. The 964 shifter ****/boot I received was supposed to be cashmere...that color was sprayed over a black boot, the coating was cracking, etc. The leather was really loose, AGLA ignored my request for refund. I would never recommend them.

Agree. AGLA has a reputation for shoddy work; they did a bad job on your wheel, and the owner is a first class jerk.

I'd demand my money back, but he's known to be a scumbag, so he'll avoid ever paying you. He even went so far as to make cancer jokes to one of the 993 Rennlisters who wanted a refund and was dying at the time.

Sorry you did business with him. Looks like his workmanship still sucks.

Do a Rennlist search for "AGLA". The owner, Alan Gunn, is one of the lowest forms of life currently known to exist in North America.

I have reason to kick him square in the mouth, should the opportunity ever present itself.

And I'm not a violent sort.

Well we now know what the MD stands for after his name "Master of Deception." It pays to read the post on here.

Cheers,

Yeah, it sounds like somebody needs to arrange an ***-kicking. Put masks on made from his ****ty leather work, jump him as he is getting in his car and beat him to the ground

Sounds as if a good a$$ kicking is in order, but then you would end up in jail for assault and battery and he would end up laughing at you. Scum Bags seem to have all the rights.

Cheers,
Larry

thats what the masks are for

but yes of course I understand. Actually the law is quite harsh here. There was one drunkard who was way out of line that I really wanted to punch, but I could end up in jail and possibly deported for getting into a fistfight at a big hotel entrance... sucks...
