I decided to just order the coils and relay from autohausAZ and replace everything. Tried the relay one night last week and determined that wasn't the problem. I installed the new coils on Saturday. The second the car started I could tell it was fixed. Took her on a 45 minute test drive just to be sure. I am glad it was the coils, I really didn't want to deal with the clock. Thanks again for the help.

Had the same problems you are describing. Coils fixed the problem for about 1000 miles then I found out that almost all of my plug wires and coil wires were arcing. Changed plugs, wires and did a new cap and rotor and the car runs fantastic. After you get the new coils installed take a water bottle and spray a fine mist of water all over the wires and cap and rotor and look for sparks. You probably need to replace all of the wires and cap and rotor too.
