Default LED Interior Lights

While treating my 964 to a bit of TLC, I thought I'd try a set of LED interior bulbs. They are, well, brilliant. Very low current draw and extremely bright. Just the thing since my interior switched from white to black a while back.

Ok, I'm hooked.
Care to share your source?

Edit:
Would this be it?

They can make the interior feel a little cold because of the blue white light, but I like them.

They do them in yellow too, but I felt that might be a bit too yellow.

I think the yellow might be a bit Saxo yellow if you know what i mean. I like the white light and anything that reduces current drain on the 964 has got to be a good thing.

Off Topic: While I'm looking at your picture I notice the zipped headlining like I assume all 964's, what is that for?

They don't ship to the U.S. Anyone know a source that ships here?

Go to Amazon, or Google, under various key word combinations of 41mm, LED, dome, light, 6411, interior, or festoon.
The incandescent version from Sylvania is model 6411, and is 41mm long. (40.6mm, I read somewhere)

Also - and I don't know if this someone's sloppy measurement of 41mm, or it's an entirely separate light design - but I've seen similar ones sold as "42mm", as well.
(1mm = .039 inches = about 10 pages-thickness.)

Good luck, Mr. Phelps...

I'm so pleased with these that I've ordered them for the engine and boot/trunk and the glovebox light too.

Don't know if this makes a difference, but will the low wattage led bulb in the bonnet still trip the alarm?

The original Uk Porsche alarm is tripped by movement in the car as it has sensors, but the bonnet/boot is tripped by the voltage drop and as I have disconnected the bonnet light you can (if you leave the bonnet on the latch for charging) open in without setting the alarm off.

Anyone tried an LED in the bonnet light to see if the alarm still goes off?

Also found these don't know if they fit? Surface mounted LED? don't know if they are better or worse but they are the new LED design I believe
