Problem Solved! The culprit was WAY too much negative camber on the rear wheels. We set the camber only slightly negative and the car handles great at all speeds! Thank you to everyone for all your help!

I have a 90 964 cab with 128K and it's doing the same thing. I just noticed it today. It wanders really bad at all speeds. I did notice that some of the bushing are bad. I have plans on replacing all the bushings. Do you think a good alignment would help also? I have the tires aired up to whats in the manual 36lbs front and 44lbs rear. That did not make any difference.

To save having to do two alignments I would have the bushings replaced, then do an alignment. Check the drop links front and rear, and also where the sway bar bushings bolt to the frame. Part of my prob was one of those bolts on the front had backed most of the way off and the bar was flopping around.
