Default Fire Extinguisher

Been meaning to install a fire extinguisher in the cabin due to concerns with potential engine fires.

I don't want to take up the front passenger wheel well. Assuming that I park the car under shelter 90% of the time, and I buy a car specific extinguisher that can take up to 70 degrees celcius, can I find a bracket that fits between the 2 back seats/transmission tunnel to install the extinguisher there. Anyone done it before? Very easy access, and no one sits behind anyway.

(The car is not used for track work, but as a daily commuter).

Pretty funky extinguishers here:

Search under fire extinguisher mount. This one may be what you want. 03-30-2009 06:53 PM

Thanks for the link. Not really looking for the seatbelt mount, but a good idea nonetheless.
