Question HVAC low air flow with heat

So this is the first time i've needed heat (and defrost) with the new C4 and it wassn't up to the task.
All three of the HVAC blowers are working well (one in back and two up front) and i get great flow through the vents when only cold air is called for. But as soon as the servo flaps move to the hot position I get almost no flow out the vents, even on fan spd 4.
I'm thinking that my heater control dampers in the rear wheel wells are stuck so that the hot air is just blowing out there instead of up front. Is there any way to R&R these?

MOjo, the second pic in the second post is golden. Looks like if i stick a screwdriver to push the flap back it should open it to the front. Will try that tonight and hope i get heat! (3 degrees this morning, summer's obviously gone)
