+1. Once you get the front on stands by raising the rear jack points, the adaptor for the jack points fits the hole in the trailing arm, which is now high enough to get the jack under it. Raise the rear from the trailing arm, and put the stand under the normal jacking point. Easy - car raised, no worries about engine damage or ruptured engine mounts, and no need to remove the under tray...
