Default Oil leak or?

I am not sure that there actually is a seal here?
The hose is not an oil hose, so why is there oil in this area?
Anyone knows if there actually is a seal that should be replaced here, or should I just tighten the clamp and cross my fingers?

It's the "Crankcase Oil Breather". There is a gasket that goes ($2.50 @ Pelican Parts - #930-107-791-02-M17 ). The cover is held on by (4) 10mm nuts.

If you're gonna go in there, I would spring for a new hose and clamps. Looks to me like it's leaking from the hose-to-cover joint. While tightening the clamp may fix it, I would go with a new hose for a tight fit, as they can get brittle and deformed at the ends with age.

Those oil deposits look like they came from above. The oil on the top of my engine came from a prior oil over-fill that got into the intake system. Perched oil pools from a long-ago over-fill will continue to leak down for months or even years on lightly-driven cars. My engine top did not stop looking oily until after I removed and cleaned the intake.

Thanks for the advice.
I have already removed most of the intake system, and yes it was drenched in oil.
