Default Could be related the hood control unit with DME relay?

Hi guys again,

Yesterday, after changing the DME relay, my top fixed, I cleaned the control unit top, but sometimes it did strange things, now, problem solved.

Could it be relation?

Regards!!

Are you asking if changing the DME relay could have affected something else in the fuse/relay box? Yes, if something is loose. Is it likely? No.

No exactly that, I'm saying that if the DME relay is related with the hood control unit.

I don't see any interconnects between the DME and the convertible top power but maybe someone who's better at reading the schematics can validate this.

Edit: But thinking about it more, there must be some connection because the cabrio top controller won't let you move the top unless the engine is off. I'm wondering if it uses the DME power to sense that.
