123 GPS. I feel like a wimp in this company. I did not check the speedo (eyes too busy looking for the police). I do know the speedo is optimistic and was probably reading 130 or so.

140 with the top down and the AC on. It was soon after I had purchased the car. It was on the stock suspension with 16" D90's. It was still accelerating when I chickened out.

172 mph indicated. Years ago after I first bought it. Did it twice to be sure I wasn't seeing things. Probably more like 162 due to speedo error.

135-140 mph, VIR, most laps, the staight from turns 12-14.

(But the sucker has a dip/valley and a rise along its length - so, not being able to see the end makes this Not my favorite part of the track.
And the kink along the front straight... another me-no-likee.)

My GPS signals 244 kms/h (152,5 miles per hour) I was trying to keep up with a friend in his Subaru Impreza STI

My car feels steady and safe at this speed

When I had my coupe, i wrapped the speedo. Not sure how off it was....it pulled super hard and was very stable.

The motor was completely rebuilt from top to bottom.

158 as indicated on the speedo. There for maybe a couple seconds before I chickened out.

a mere 123... but the S2000 in the lane next to me stopped at 120, and that's all that mattered at the time.

as others have reported, it felt perfectly fine (although the wind noise in the targa was hurricane-like), and no, I don't condone it and I'm not doing it again

I got a kick out of seeing a flag station on a straight. But no question it's necessary!

You'd love T1 at Laguna then. Even though we're maybe just over 100 cresting the hill in a 964 (it's merely a bend, not a turn), when you figure there could be cars exiting the pit and that you have to haul down to ~40 for T2..........it's a good place to pay attention.

140 and still pulling hard on a long arching two lane. Had to back off as some intersecting roads were up ahead. Very stable. Had both windows down and sunroof open.

180 on the speedo, 163 on the GPS flat out in fifth on an Autobahhn near the 'Ring. 70mph feels positively pedestrian after that..
