It's so easy to put your car up for sale on the web, but its shocking that you will give directions to someone you have never met before to come and view your vehicle.
I always meet viewers away from home and never show anyone which garage its parked in.
I know its a bad world out there and feel sorry for anyone who has suffered car crime.

Good luck trying to get the car back and everyone else, don't trust anyone POSH GEEZER's can be villans too!!!!

 

Its difficult at time Gaz, when I sell my car, I would like to show them its at a good home and safely tucked away, rather than meeting them somewhere in your pride and joy. Its difficult, but I do understand that when advertising a car its indicating where the car is. Its a bloody difficult world we live in nowadays, as theives and bad people make the world a lot more difficult to live in. Take example picking the kids up from school, you cant be anyone Tom Dick and Harry picking them up, otherwise you need ID and confirmation.

I will keep a lookout, as I know theres a fair few 964RSs getting shipped out of the Uk into Asia. Last few months (not that im blaming him or pointing the finger) a chap that i barely know is buying them left right and center and ready to be shipped away.

With my contacts I know loads of cars are going to Australia at the moment,scary really will there be any Porsches left here !!!!!!

ps, I know a mate of mine with a really nice rs, if he read this he would be living in his car night and day.
Two cars within a week!!!!!! really sad for the owners.
