The plastic sill trim in the door frame sitting below the door when it's closed has cracked. Is it just stuck on?

Have ordered these as replacements, and will spray it matt black, with the 911 in gloss:

I haven't pulled the old one off yet, but I got a new one that has double stick tape on it sitting in the garage. So yes, just stuck on.
