All right, all right - Pull the trigger and tell us where this triangle is and its meeting times!
You represented the 964 contingent might well, might I add.
Feel sorry for the kid stuck in the back of the sausage car. (When a Porsche owner is proud of his custom... luggage... well, IMHO something of the marque has been lost.)
Nice turnout. And a good bonding time with the elbow-grabber. Keeps him off the TV, provides something to target aspirations & shows him dad's not the only nut in town.

Cars and Coffee meets at the junction of HWY 540 and HWY 70 in the Briarcreek mall parking lot. Starts at 8, but the lot is packed at 9:30.
With such a diverse selection of cars, it's a lot of fun talking about automotive design with the "elbow-grabber". I think he likes to taunt me though... he always wants to look at the Vettes and GT40s?! I listened to the crowd around the "sausage car" for a while, it was nauseating... also Porsche design Adidas shoes in the trunk for the full effect.

Great pics, I have been up there for that a couple of times when I lived in Sanford, but its a bit of a hike now.
Maybe I can get up there when I get the car all put back together and we can meet up.

Some nice looking cars there (I like the shiny slate grey 964 personally Inner kid says the black Countach would be a cool ride (I wouldn't want to drag-race any Camrys or Maximas).
Gotta laugh at the Touaregs errr Cayennes and the Panamera though.... Do they have license plate frames that read "He who dies with the most toys wins"?

We had a small get together and drive down in Wilmington on Sunday. Not nearly the showing as up there. Wish i could make it up there as well, but that is a decent drive early in the morning.

Great pics, missed them 1st time around.
I agree, but could it be that we're just jealous because our luggage boils down to a DME relay a litre of oil and a fire extinguisher?

PCA meets every Saturday at Jason's Deli (they open just for the PCA!)...anywhere from 5 to 20+ cars could show up.
On the first Saturday of the month, PCA is joined by the Italia club (Ferrari, Lambo, Ducatis, etc), plus tons of other cars GT40s, etc.
Go anytime you can though...you never know what you'll see. Last time I went I parked next to a REAL 964 RS!
Everyone meets at Briar Creek: http://www.jasonsdeli.com/restaurants/nc/raleigh/Brier-Creek-deli
PS: I would be remiss if I didn't also mention the Wake Zone Crew. These guys drink coffee and then go on a nice loop together. Checkout their thread in the 996 Forum (https://rennlist.com/forums/showthread.php?t=429439&referrerid=19642).
Checkout the pictures from the last one I attended: https://picasaweb.google.com/udoreisinger2/WakeZone2#
