Default Will 8j Et40, 10j Et60 fit my c4?

Hey guys! another wheel question, will these wheel fitments fit my normal body 964 c4?

Fronts 18x8 ET40 225/40/18

Rears: 18x10 ET60 265/35/18

from all the threads i have seen, these sound like 993 or 996 wheels. given the relatively smaller rear tire width, i'll say yes.

Norm,

ET40 fronts will push out to the wheel arches and MAY touch although I suspect with an 8J wheel you'll be just about OK. The ET60 rears are an absolute NO unless you fit some 13mm spacers. They will never clear the oil line without the spacers.

I've tried fronts with 40mm fronts, 205 tires and stock suspension. Under hard cornering, the tires will rub the fender. Perhaps with a stiffer set up and a couple degrees of negative camber, this could work.

I'd look for fronts with at least a 50mm front offset.
